After 7 months of being promised ADSL speed of 1Mbps and increasing monthly fee from R329.00 to R339.00 I phoned to find out why I am being charged for a service I have not yet received. Was told by Technical Department to contact Sales Department. Sales department advised that an email be sent to sale and to billing which I did on 2nd February, Up until today NO REPONSE!!
Phoned Billing Department on landline normal charges from JHB to Cape Town & once again told to contact Sales Department and they cannot guarantee 1 Mbps but then why are they billing me more? I must contact Sales Department or [Email Removed] Rather contact Hellopeter!
