I've been attempting to get hold of anyone within MTN corporate that can handle my request since Friday morning.
Every time I get transferred to one or other department that can supposedly help, but every time the line will either just ring, or my call will just be dropped. On other occasions I'm promised that someone will contact me, but again, still waiting for any form of response, be it via email of phone call.
I would like to cancel my contract (and pay relevant termination fees), especially after this experience!
I would even go as far as refusing to pay early termination fees (except for remaining amount for handset since I am aware this is part of the monthly fees).
A great example of being given the run-around for something so simple!
