I took a vodafone contract at vodacom Potchefstroom in April last year, i was told my monthly contribution will be R199.00 which i gladly accepted and told the consultant i always want to know how much i will pay that is the reason why all my cellphone contracts with vodacom had been on top up.

I paid the said amount for the first few months, then all of a sudden it was in August or September i realised vodacom had made a deduction of one thousand couple from my account, i went to see them and i was told to call accounts department, which i did and from September last year i just don't get help from Vodacom, i called a number of times, everytime someone forwards my complaint to dispute but am not even sure their dispute department knows about it because they never contact me, instead the only calls i receive from Vodacom are when they want to remind me that i owe them.

I've also tried to write an email to client care in December month, they told me someone will call me in 48hrs, it has been two months and am still waiting for that call, last week Sunday i sent an email again, promised to contact me soon, waiting still. Next i know they will blacklist me on itc!!!
