SAMSUNG - WORST DEALERS EVER

This is how Samsung treats their customers - speak a whole lot of and im still waiting my refund from August 2012. Spoke to Mary now still no word from her Finance department why cause they all Samsung money so they have nothing to refund to customers. Samsung has no money what a joke. Can no one respond to my complaint and assist me in a refund.

This is what Samsung has sent me in September

As per our conversation, I am sending you this e-mail as confirmation that your claim was approved with an amount of R500 which will be paid out at the end of the calendar month. The reasons of the R500 claim was due to the liter of your unit and that your claim limit was for R500 only.
