I was visited by a sales rep in November 2012 (Ralph Kadima as per him yahoo email address...) and requested he come back at a more reasonable time which he did. I signed up and was advised that my monthly instalment would be R 342 pm only. I asked him if there would be any other moneys due for i.e. excessive call outs etc and he said "no, Chubb does not have a limit on call outs". As agreed first payment would be debited in Feb 2013 and this was for an amount of R 650.94 which was R 308 more than what was agreed and signed. For the past 2 months now it was an amount of R 540 debited from my account. I have requested reasons for this via email and sms and I just dont get any response from him or anyone at the company. I will be taking this matter further if I dont get a response by the end of the week dated 29/06 as Chubb is from me!!! I did not sign up for this much pm and I was misinformed totally of any other debits on my account... THIS IS
