INCORRECT BILLING FOR THE LAST 4 MONTHS

As per Nomonde's reply to my complaint of 12/06/13, her records reflect incorrectly. I have just viewed my statement online and lo and behold, the so called credit of R97.99 was NOT granted. Instead a further promo fee of R86.84 was charged to my bill. Does MTN have one competent consultant that can assist me. Honestly, this is turning out to be such a nightmare of a query. Calling 808 gets the same response all the time, apologies and promises that it WILL be sorted. This is going on since April, how difficult is it for the Accounts dept. to sort this query. It's most frustrating!!! I would expect service like this from the public service depts. not a private company!!!

Our records show that a credit of R97-99 for the promo service fee for the invoices of April and May was passed per REQ:2135813.
