I would like to cancel this account as I was not properly informed of the Monthly fee which is R99. As I was unaware of this fee I did not provide for this debit order with the result being my account got Debited up to 4 times a day which costs me -R4000 over a period of 5 months. Some of the debits show reference of Reg Fee, Monthly Service Fee and Loan. I never in my life taken a loan from Mobimoola. Please cancel this account with immediate effect. I would also like to claim back all the bank charges (please see attached Bank Statement). I have sent an E-mail with a cancellation letter to Roslyn Visser in your cancellations department and cc [Email Removed] but received no response yet.
