I visited Telkom today (08-10-2013) at 12h15PM in Nelson Mandela Drive, Bloemfontein. The lady at reception gave me a very bad attitude, I was bringing in an order form and showed her the name of the persom I'm supposed to meet and she told me that because I don't have a surname she can't not help me and I must go and get a surname. I asked her where will I get the surname as I feel that it's her duty to try and get me the relevant department tha deals with new orders, she said I know too much and she will not help me and told me to leave, I refused to and she made a call on her cellphone and said to the other person that they must not help me when I come to their side. I felt bad, I want this lady disciplined. She hid her name on the tag and refuse to call her superior after I asked her to. I have witnesses who saw and listened while she was saying nasty words to me. I demand that she apologise to me because I felt humiliated by her behavior.
