Telkom Agent with Bad attitude!

Some few days ago I applied for a new connection, today I get a call from a 0313632900 stating that they are calling from Telkom. The call centre agent refused to spell or pronounce my first name and surname correctly- the call ended with her simply putting down the phone and not assisting me. Am I to assume that my application has been deleted because I have what is an unpronouncable name and surname according to that agent?
