I went to capitec to reverse a debit order which I have done before but still went through, I got there around 17:50 Vusi was at the door and i explained to him my situation gave me a number and told me to go to enquiries. I got there there was a lady in front of me so I waited once the lady was done Poppy shouted for Vusi to close the doors and asked a gentlemen that was siiting on the other side with another consultant to come and deposit without even ackowledging me standing right in front of me, it was a bit disturbing but I tried to ignore that when Poppy was done she just looked me in my eyes waiting for me to say something, I told her what i want without taking my card or information she said no she cant help me she needs proof... I asked when did this change because no communication was sent through to me from Capitec and she said recently. I then requested to speak to a manager and they told me that there's no manager but they left Vusi in charge i then asked Poppy her name and surname and she refused and told me she wont gime me her surname to cut things short, Then came this arrogant girl with the most disturbing attitude "MANDISA FATANE" who laughed in my face and ca
