A request to change a business data account & debit order with MTN was submitted mid July 2013. All documents have been submitted with confirmation of receival. Request for change before next debit order was taken off. Nothing happened with the query, even after several attempts to follow up via email (which read reports have received for) from submission until today, 08.10.13. Following a conversation with the call centre the assistant (Younis - who was very helpful) Linda Dhlamini copied myself in an email requesting Michelle Bawa to attend to the request. Not acknowledging the mistake & making direct contact with me! This confirms that the request was ignored initially in July. This is such poor service I will gladly close my MTN accounts personal and business come end of 2013.
