TWO MONTHS FOR AN UPGRADE WITHOUT ANY FEEDBACK!!!

I applied for my upgrade on the 2nd of June 2013 no word from anyone until I call back on the 14th of june spoke to Matshidiso Lebea who at the time I thought was actually quite good!! Informed her that I wanted the debit order to come off our business account which they suggested we change the account to business name. All documents required sent on the 16th of June which Matshidiso emailed to their Business Sales department and copied me in... On the 16th of July I send an email reply to all on her email expressing my disgust at the poor service I am receiving. I get my reply saying someone will contact me within 24 hours!! GUESS WHAT!!! No one did!! On 23rd July I call to ask to speak to a Manager and get transfered to Andrew Fyber who sounded more annoyed than I did! at some CEO customer complaints desk! promised someone will call before 3 they called at 3:30 and could not find my documents and "we will call you back " I call back on the 24th and now speak to a Mario who after I threatened to take it to press seem to be doing something about my query... GUESSS WHAT!!! 26 JULY 3:18 and NOTHING YET!! Clearly they dont need my business!! NEVER A SENIOR MANAGER AVAILABLE!!
