No feedback... on my query submitted on 12th July

Hi there, I submitted a request to change my bank details at around 12th July - no one has got back to me to confirm that my new details have been uploaded.

My query number is QP1566440.

The last email i received was on 13th July indicating that my request has been passed onto the administration dept to action the change.

How can you help me? Please communicate and tell me what's happening to my query...
