TAKEN FOR A RIDE

16 June 2013:I requested that my account be suspended for the period 1 July 2013 to 1 August 2013.
17 June 2013:I receive confirmation of my request and I am advised to make payment of the amount of R104 to Multichoice to cover the period from 25 June 2013 to 1 July 2013.
25 June 2013: R625.00 is debited from my account. I contact Multichoice and am advised that the debit order could not be stopped but I should contact Multichoice on 2 July 2013 to request a credit and balance of the refund.
2 July 2013 :I duly contact Multichoice and am advised that the credit has been passed and the balance will be refunded to my account WITHIN 7 DAYS
10 July 2013:I email Multichoice to follow up on the refund. No response
11 July 2013 :I email Multichoice to follow up on the refund. No response. I receive a phone call indicating that the credit has been passed but may take anywhere from 7 to 14 days for the refund.
16 July 2013 :I email Multichoice to follow up on the refund. No response.
19 July 2013 :I receive a call from Multichoice advising that the credit was passed incorrectly and that it will be loaded and released on Monday. They "dont know" when it will be in my account. DISGUSTING
