I have purchased an SMS bundle from Vodacom a week or two ago for R67, 50 for 300 Sms's. These SMS's were not loaded to my phone and airtime was deducted.
I recharge often and this is the first time that this has happened, I tried calling the Customer service helpline from another line but had to hold on for almost 20 minutes before I dropped the call, I feel that Vodacom is loosing there plot as there service is not what it used to be. Maybe its time to move to another network.
The R67.50 is not the issue, the issue is the POOR SERVICE
