LACK OF SERVICE DELIVERY FROM CHRIS BARNARD

My contract expired in july three months later I still do not have the upgrade phone and yet my account is getting debited each month without failure.
a delivery was scheduled to happen on Thursday but never happened and was moved to Friday and I Cleary specified that Friday I leave work at twelve soo if the delivery was to happen it should happen before twelve but guess what the driver called me at 4 :30 and demanded that I must come sign for my phone.

on Monday nothing was happening and I send Chris Barnard and e-mail on which he claimed he will follow up and over 24hrs later he is still following up coz he has not responded to my question about where my phone is.
I tried calling him twice but got told on both occasions by Lungile and Tshepo that as per his instructions he does not take customer calls.

they can not give me an upgrade phone and yet they keep debiting my account for a contract that expired and when I want answers from Chris Barnard I get told he does not take calls.
