Enough is enough

Back in April I tried to find out when I was due for a Contract upgrade. Chris Barnard responded and told me My contract only reaches maturity on 30/11/2013. After checking on the website last month I found the Upgrade section which states that you can upgrade in 21 of 24 already. I went to Highveld Mall only to find that the Virgin Mobile shop has been closed. I phoned 123, waited almost 0.5 hours for someone to finally pickup. The person told me that he will phone me back within 2 hours to notify me when everything has gone through and make delivery arrangements. Till today I'm still waiting for him to call back. I'm fed up with Virgin Mobiles horrible customer service. I wish to terminate my contract at the end of this month and not renew the contract anymore.
