Trying to get my cellphone insured

I Anthony Coetzee, did an upgrade on my cellphone account 0833023508 in February this year.
We have been trying since that day to get my phone insured by Mtn Insurance.
You leave messages for one of the consultants to return your call as the are experiencing high call volumes.
Up to date not one personals contacted me.! Went to the Westgate branch on Friday 5 Oct and they told me that if the phone is not new they can not assist me. Hoe can I get my phone insured if no one contacts me or if the lines are busy every time I call.
