In March i lost My phone and i know it was insured with 24hour mobility only to find out it was declined due to non payment of february and when i saw that they didnt take money in feb i called in to query about it and i was advised it was in order but now they cant find the recording for that call and i cant get my phone of i knew it to be insured and no one is prepared to help me further about this issue
