I opened a 6 month plan and never used the account until 3 months later. I bought my 2nd Cellphone on the account thereafter I lost the phone and cancelled the insurance in january 2012. A Month or 2 later one of their Call Centre agents called me and sold me a hospital plan, I then bought my 3rd phone on the account and when I was mugged ended up claiming it was told to me that my account was NOT a 6 month interest free account but instead a 12 month interest plan, My cellphone which I insured was never insured due to their system issues. I insured the phone had prove of insuance but it was never added to my account. I thereafter carefully took note of my statements upon doing this I picked up that an accidental insurance was billed to my account which I haven't a clue of purchasing, when I called the call centre they told me it was taken out telephonically. I requested a copy of this recording in november last year and up till today it was never forwarded to me, after claiming I bought my forth phone, on my statement it had insurance for the 4th, 3rd and 2nd phone which was
