Monthly this company is deducting R44.50 which I have no idea what for. After speaking to a consultant she informed me it is for MTN insurance which is odd as I have been with Vodacom since 2003. Can you please shed some light on this. Tired of holding on listening to music while your call centre is experiencing high volumes of calls. I would like to know where you got my account details and who insured what ever is insured. Please assist ASAP
