Trying to get a phone insured is such a mission

Ive been call the insurance line for the last 2-3 weeks and im on hold for more than two hours ever time!
I just need more information and get my phone insured without having to go into a store (not as easy as it sounds)

can someone PLEASE contact me about getting my phone insured!
