A sales agent came to my house Thursday the 31th of October. We signed a contract and that was the last i heard from ADT. I tried calling the call centre numerous times and got no joy doing that. I spoke to someone name Ernie Etkins who was supposed to be a team leader who ensure me that i would get feedback by close of business last friday. A lady called me last friday told me my alarm was activated and that they would call me today to have the rest of the stuff sorted out. I tested the alarm Satuday. No one responded so clearly i was to. I called the call centre today and the team leader i spoke to last friday Ernie Etkins does not exist. I want this contract cancelled as I no longer want your services.
