INCOMPITENT Cell C staff & Team leaders

On 29 July 13 just after 8am I called the call centre from cell nr 0848194175 (Wives phone) and spoke to Cambridge and asked him to convert R10 into data bundle on my nr 0842178756 (my phone), he done the security verification check, etc & advised me that I can only convert R7.50 into 50Mb, and asked him a few questions of expiry, etc which he explained, so I agreed and he said I will receive an sms and I then rated his service a 5 (max)
The debited my wives phone account and credited it also with 50mb instead of my phone, so I immediately called the call centre and spoke to Thobekile and explained her & wanted to speak to the team leader, she then told me they all in a meeting and will call me back no later then 12pm the same day.
I heard nothing from Cell C so I called back before 1pm and was told its the technical departments fault, which I disagree for its Cambridges fault, so I spoke to a team leader at Technical Department called Linken at 12.47pm and he said he will ask a team leader at the call centre to call me back, which NEVER happened
My wives account is now dedited with R7.50 and has 50 MB data which she don't need.
Cell C needs to Credit her & demote Cambridge
