We own a international guest lodge in Johannesburg approximately 5 kilometer from OR Tambo international airport. After various complaints to Vodacom, nothing has been done to our very bad signal in the area. The representatives from Vodacom visited our lodge and nothing has been done. All the international guests complain about this problem. We personally have 4 contract lines and would like to cancel them all if we don't receive any service from Vodacom regarding this URGENT matter. Furthermore we will refuse to pay any fines or related fees if we do cancel. It is not our responsibility to make sure that we have signal. I believe that the matter could be resolved by placing a booster at the lodge to increase the signal. We currently loose plenty business due to this problem. thanks for all your assistance in this matter.
