I've been trying to cancel my contract. You HAVE to phone - can't do it online. Phoned on Saturday to be told that is not possible - this is a contract that has already expired. Told that someone will phone me on Monday. Nobody does. Phone again - stay on hold for 10 minutes get cut off. Phone again - on hold for 12 minutes, cut off. Phone again - joy at last - I suspect because I cunningly selected "upgrade" as the option. I still have to pay another month of phone that has ALREADY been paid for over 24 months - call centre agent seems unable to understand that this upsets me. Hellooo Cell C - can't wait for better service.
