No Answer at their Call Centre

Good Day

FNB phoned me with an offer of the 500MB WITH THE MODEM for R45.00 per month. Today (19/03/2013 @ 11h38) Cell C delivered only the sim card. After I phoned Cell C on 084 145 and hold for 45 minutes I put the phone down because no one answered. Again after 2 I phone the Head Office and they advised me to phone 084 145 Opt 2 again, because they can't do anything. Eventually I put the phone down again after holding for 38 minutes. I have send an urgent email, but they directly state they will respond within 24-48 hours. Again I phone 084 145 and eventually after 23 minutes I put the phone down for the 4th time. Best of all is when you hold the line they have a voice saying: "We know how important your time is for you" but yet they do not answer their phone and still waste your time. I am a first time Cell C customer and already I am very disappointed in them for how they treat new customers and also in myself for believing that Cell C does have a customer service at all. Worst mistake I have ever made is taking out a contract with Cell C.
