Unable to Blacklist my phone

Altech Autopage, your poor service is almost unbelievable!!! My cell phone got on Monday 27 Jan 2014, I reported it to you Tuesday 28 and since then I have phoned everyday to get an ITC number to confirm that the phone has been blacklisted. My insurance co will not replace my phone without an ITC number. Every day I am told I will get it the following day. As I am typing this note, I have phoned again to again be told that the ITC number is not available yet and it is now 8 days later. Now your call centre has put me on hold - What??? are they hoping I am going to put the phone down so they do not have to deal with me. Honestly, your service genuinely stinks and anybody who goes into contract with you needs their heads read. It is now probably 10 minutes that I have been put on hold, you guys are a real health hazard with the stress you cause your customers, you should be banned from operating completely!!! Yip, and they have just cut me off - why am I not surprised?
