Good Day. For quite a few years I had an uncapped account with you but have had to move to another ISP due to your excessive shaping policies (Even on a sunday evening) I however have downgraded my ac to 1gb due to my e mail address, I don't want to mess around with a new email, The thing is I have quite a large credit balance and would like to get this money back, You obviously can take the 1 month payment for the 1 GB for November but I do require the balance asap, I will continue with the 1GB and will pay for it as I normally do.
