On 25 January 2013 I purchased an internet bundle from MTM Longbeach Cape Town
After going through a procedure at the shop I was informed that the product was ready for use all I had to do was to plug it into my computer.
I did this only to be informed that the Number which was not supplied to me had to be registered for RICA. I contacted the phone number which came up on my monitor (0831808) only to be informed by the person answering the call of the position only to be informed I had to phone another number as this was a prepaid service. The person I spoke to was a lady by the name of Pendila.
I phoned the number supplied (171) only to be informed I must consult with the store where I purchased the product. I did this on Saturday 26 and requested a refund as the service I required could not be activated. This was declined by Ricardo at MTN Longbeach.
On Monday 28 January I contacted MTN on 011 912 3000 as I was getting nowhere fast over the weekend. After speaking to various people on the phone at MTN including Rebbecca, Wendy, Wenzi, Tando, Tabo and others I finally got to speak to a Mr Mbulanin who informed me he was on the executive committee and he would get a consultant to
