I have 3 business contracts with MTN, my monthly bill has always been R2003.99 since 2011, in December 2012, My account was debited for R10857.60 and I did not receive a bill for that month, when i queried it, I was told that its for data charges on one of the blackberry contracts!
I called the service line and was told to speak to my credit controller who said that I should send an e-mail to business@mtn, which I did on the 12 January, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE!
I've since received my January bill and am being charged for data again.
Upon signing for my contracts, I was informed that for R59.00 a month BIS, I will have unlimited e-mail and internet usage including downloading. I was never charged for data before and my contracts have not expired or changed so how can MTN change billing methods in the middle of a contract term?!
I was not informed in any way whatsoever of any changes to my contract!
I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE OR FEEDBACK FROM MTN!
MTN HAS R8500.00 OF MY MONEY IN THEIR ACCOUNT SINCE 31 DECEMBER 2012 WHICH IS NOTHING SHORT OF THIEVERY!
IT IS PATHETIC SERVICE!
