A week or two ago I purchase a 1GB data bundle at MTN Tygervalley. On the day that I went to collect my product I ask the sales lady, Dominique, how to use the usb device as I am not that good with computers. She informed me that all I had to do was plug it in and download it. So when I got home that is exactly what I did. Unfortunately it was still not working. I asked several friends, and even my brother who is a computer programmer, to help me figure this thing out. We eventually figured out that it had not been RICA's. Now why the do you give me something and I cant use it. I was told that at the end of the month I will be paying a pro forma amount. I sure do hop that you only charge me as of the 19-02-2013 because that is only when they RICA the sim card. I am shocked that the sales lady did not RICA my sim card. The service she gave me was shocking and she was on her phone several times that evening.
