I enjoy buying from Groupon numorous times as it is a friendly way of purhasing until recently.

I purchased a icecream maker January 2013. When it was delivered, the week after delivery my husband called for it to be picked up first week of February due to the lid being cracked. Nothing has happened since then. On the 25 April I called your call centre on 021 201 7000 where the consultant informed me that the goods will be picked up within the next few days, and I will be refunded. Nothing has happened. I called again on Monday 29 April where another consultant informed me that I should have received a reference number for pick up which none of the previous consultants has informed me. Even after informing me of the reference number, the consultant did not sent me the reference number and I am still awaiting pick up of the product and refund. I will not call again to Cape Town as this bill is on me and just rediculous. I have sent a mail on the email address that you indicated on Facebook [Email Removed] and still no response. This is unacceptable customer service. PLEASE RECTIFY ASAP
