I contated Mtn on friday around 15h00 requesting my phone and simcard to be block as it was, I was then transferred to the contract division where I was assisted, the consultant then inform me that she will call me back with my IME number to take to the police station in order to make a case, I then received a called from MTN consultant wanting to give me the number, I informed her at that moment I could not talk can she please be so kind as to call me bak in the next 10 min, I was driving and did not want to talk on the phone, around 16h30 I called MTN again as I have not received any call yet, the consultant informed me that she can see on the system who was dealing with my call and will ask that person to call me back, she informed me that I will received a call before 17h00 as they closed that time. Monday morning 15 April. Still waiting on Mtn to call, beause I could not provide a IME to the police the person who my cell phone was released, MTN. Could have contacted me over the weend to show good client service they just could not care
