None adherence of CPA Regulations

I have a MTN Top up contract on Black Berry including BIS services. I loaded money on my phone to sent my wife an internet bundle. my understanding was that with any Me2U service the required money/internet bundle should be on my phone. I purchased a 1GIG. and when I wanted to sent it to the other number I saw that I had to have the funds available and not the internet bundle. I now have 1024MB on my BB which I have no use for as my contact includes internet services. I contacted the call Centre to reverse the transaction to enable me to process the transaction correctly. I was told it cannot be done. what time of service and account maintains systems is in place that does not allow the service provider to give his client the best possible service. this is totally absurd. in terms of CPA the product that I have purchased does not meet my needs and for this reason alone is should be able to void the transaction and be in the same financial position.
