In December, I purchased a 2GB data bundle from the Broadacres Spar - expecting this too last months. At no time was I informed that the bundle would explain at the end of January. There was also no signage or notices mentioning this fact. Had I known I would never have purchased such a large bundle as it expired without my being able to utilise about 70%.
This is unacceptable and I will contact the consumer protection council
