No "service" in "customer service"

I renewed my contract - got a new phone... This month I have been charged for a "handset subsidy" (???) Phoned customer service. They're the service people? No, they can't help, my "upgrade consultant" has the answers and he will phone me back... right?? This was 09h00. It's now 15h30... Asked for a copy of the contract (I know I did not agree to this - the copy I sent back says so... would like to see what their copy shows...), customer "service" cannot help... They can't deal with your query - they can't ensure that someone who can calls you back... What can they do?
Not happy...
