I spoke to a lady at Telkom on Saturday in Promenade regarding this problem or at-least i tried to speak to her but clearly she was NOT interested to help or to listen, firstly she failed to acknowledge that someone was waiting for her assistance, i stood in line waiting to be helped she not once looked up in the 5 minutes i waited, when she eventually looked she said in a very irritated tone of voice NEXT! i then went to her desk waiting for her to eventually look at me but she was more interested in the paper work she had in her hands, after 5 minutes she looks at me not saying anything not even apologising that i had to wait while she read through the paper work, then she start with YES! not even how can i help or anything, i tried to explain what i needed and as i expected she was not interested, she just told me what i knew about this WCDMA service already in a very abruptly and irritated tone, she told me that the WCDMA service is voice only, and for Internet i would have to make a plan!? This level of service is shocking after one of the Telkom agents said I should consider using this WCDMA service and when i tried getting more info this is what happen, unacceptable! :(
