Nashua Mobile
Charge for hardware subsidy

I renewed my cellphone contract with Nashua Mobile and upgraded in March this year. I was assisted by Martin Maggins Ndlovu. I chose a Blackberry Z10 as I was told this was what was available to me on the contract I was on. I chose to stay on my current contract as the cost suited me. I was never given a copy of the contract - everything was verbally agreed on with the consultant and I was given an electronic tablet to sign. When I received my first invoice, I noticed I was charged R200 for a hardware subsidy. This is a monthly charge which has been added to my contract and I had no knowledge of this. I have never been charged a hardware subsidy previously and I have been a customer with Nashua Mobile for the last 17 years! I have been into the store in Sandton where I was old they could not help me - I had to deal with the consultant involved. After numerous phone calls and e-mails Mr. Ndlovu finally returned my call at 7:20am one morning when I was unable to take the call. I then could not reach him again! After contacting his supervisor I eventually received an e-mail response from Mr. Ndlovu. The reply was extremely rude and did not address the matter at hand.
