APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

After being a customer of Nashua Mobile Central for 9 odd years I can without a doubt say that Nashua Mobile is the worst service provider to deal with these days! When you lodge a query it takes weeks for the consultants/customer care to get back to you.

I had a concern about being overcharged for items on my bill that I did not agree to and was misled by the sales consultant when I renewed my contract. I than abstained from using my Blackberry cellphone for the month of September 2013, LO AND BEHOLD my account was debited TWICE on the 1st October 2013 with the of R257.55, Ref. 6410555, for contract and than we got slapped with another charge of R360, Ref. 64105520, what was this charge for when we only have ONE contract?

To date nobody has given me an explanation as to why we were charged twice on a single contract.
