I realised recently that my bill is very high ever month and i don't understand why.
So I went onto my account on the Vodacom site.
With a huge shock i saw that there is things on my bill that i have never subscribed or asked for.
I'm very upset about this.

Unknown charges include:
1. Blackberry BIS (I don't even have a blackberry) - R59
2. VAS - Caller Identity Subscription - R9, 50
3. Dual Bill - R9, 50
4. Sms Bundle 50 - R25
5. 24 Months Handset Instalment - R99

This adds up to a total of R202.

I would firstly like to know how long have i been paying for these extra things and secondly i would like a refund on this.

I have been a customer with Vodacom for so many years and this is really disappointing.
