Paying for BIS and do not have a Blackberry

Hi, I upgraded the following number 0722053703 Feb 2013 from a Blackberry to a Samsung S3 and since then still paying for BIS, I spoke to a customer service who phoned me according to him this is a Value added service and shouldve been cancelled by me. If I upgrade to another phone that is not a BB I would expect vodacom to addapt my account accordingly or at least notify me of the fact that I am paying for something that I do not use No where on my invoice does it show BIS VAS. the guy that phoned me said they will credit 57.00 only because "how must they know this was not used" How the do you use BIS in a samsung S3 someone needs to explain that to me I must therefor just lose 7 months BIS not acceptabl
