BAD BILLS AND BAD SERVICE AND FALSE PROMISES

I have been having problems with my contract since DAY 1! I get the wrong balance due and then make the payment and out of the blue phone gets disconnected in the middle of the month I get told to make another payment? And as if that's not bad enough I was promised a months free subscription after the first time and still have not received it! I have had to phone every single month due to my phone being suspended for no reason and every month it's the same response, "sorry it was our mistake it won't happen again". INCOMPOTENT!!! And now I get told that the easypay is no longer to be used? and if you pay your account you have to fax proof of payment SERIOUSLY?? who still uses FAX?? 21st Century you know?! and if you need to fax why do you require a reference to be attached??? REALLY??? Just get your system on track and keep your word!!! I will never ever EVER recommend CELLC to ANYONE! on the contrary I tell everyone I know to stay away! REALLY! I wish their was a higher authority that could sort this out, but even the managers make false promises! I am REALLY DISGUSTED in the service!!!
