I recently upgraded my daughter's cellphone and was told that the Top Up contract had limitless BBM.
As soon as the data ran out the BBM stopped working! Even the guys at the store were shocked when I took the phone back to them after just a week..
Please Vodacom DO NOT tell your customers that a service is limitless if it is dependant on something. It then is limited not limitless. You are even confusing your own staff.
To solve the issue the store (Clearwater) then told me that I should take a R20 extra contract out. I did this and my daughter's BBM is still not working.
I am now waiting for the Technical Department to phone me in 2 hours or 48 hours...
Please I want to know on what contract must my daughter be for her to have limitless BBM. No photos or internet, just BBM.??? If such a thing even exists. OR do I simply switch service providers after more than 10 years?
