Mweb, what 'damage' could I possibly do to your profits with my 1MB Uncapped account? Throttling me indefinitely because your new automated system has flagged my usage as being in breach of your AUP is just ridiculous. I have cancelled my account with you and I am horrified that I have to wait until the end of November to completely sever all ties with your company. The fact that none of your incompetent staff are in a position to answer my questions nor give me any definitive feedback regarding this throttling irks me further. My mistake was moving from Telkom to Mweb. That will not happen again.
