Since the 9th of September I'm battling to get the incorrect data charges reversed on my account. After promising me that the October bill will be credited, it was not. Then I was told that it could only be fixed with 1 November invoice. Not only did I battle to get that reversed, but I am also charged incorrect tariffs and am now battling to get that reversed!!! It is just the one excuse after the other. Nobody even tried to apologise for the inconvenience. I battled to get a copy of my contract as well to proof that I'm charged incorrect fees!!! If I don't receive a revised invoice by close of business today, my lawyer will send you an order that will prohibit you to deduct the incorrect fees from my account. This completely boils down to!!! If I have to battle this much, I can just imagine how many other clients are being stealed from. I'm sure that I'm not the only person. I will take this matter up with the National Consumer Tribunal and I will also send a formal complaint to Carte Blanche.
