Mweb gone back on contract

I have search the web for a uncapped ISP and decided on MWEB because on their site they said that "NO Throttling" will be done. Now I'm sitting with further 2 months on the contract and NO Internet connection due to THROTTLING. Asked them what is the limits for throttling and the said 50-60GB - UNCAPPED???
