I regret the day I picked up the phone to take out a new Data contract with Cell C. It has been a NEVER EDNING NIGHTMARE of note from the day I put the phone down. The wrong Data number was activated, I lost my data. A new Data number was allocated. I was not given data in the new month. The account is a total MESS. Cell C gave me credit for 2 months. I receive account statements that does not tie up with what they say I owe. Now they take money out of my bank account for something I do not have! This is the last straw. I now hereby challenge the MD of Cell C to tell me if he would be happy with such poor performance if this happened to him. The maths are very simple: Jan pro-rata R49 plus Feb R99 plus March R99 = R247 on my calculator. Less 2 months credit I was awarded for CELL C's mess in Jan / Feb is R49 plus R99 = R148. I therefore just owe R99. I was categorically told by Nelly That they will deduct R49 the end of March. They deduct end of March: R102.55 Plus R148.04 = R257.04!!! How on earth is this possibly? They at Cell C now deduct for not one, but TWO accounts numbers ending with ..181 AND ..016!!! I really give up. I am disgusted Cell C POOR, VERY POOR!
