PERMANENTLY deactivate my line, without confirming

I Recently changed my bank. Details from ABSA to. FNB! I phoned. Your call centre and had it changed only to find out 2 days ago that they permanently deactivated my line as they never received payment.. Now I lost my number because one of your agents did not. Do their JOB!! What is this?!? I made further more. Payment. To this account and now it shows I am in credit with R77 and Legal does not wanna reactivate my contract or give my number back? Its a business number and I cannot be without it! It is not my PROBLEM your Call Centre is slack and not trained to do their job! I spoke to a denise from Legal, very arrogant let me add and she refuses to assist, she only says there is nothing she can do?!? Now as your customer what do you want me to do huh?!? As its not my problem your call centre is not qualified to do their jobs!!! I would suggest you sort this out for me before I take this matter futher as this fault is from YOUR side CELLC and not mine!!! You messed it up now FIX it!!! Everyone always. Threatens to take it futher I do not threaten I DO!!!
