My contract was supposed to expire 1st August. I went in store in July and filled in the forms. I was told it would be done. come august I got a statement. I called the call center and I was told no cancellation was processed for my contract. went back to the store and I was told it would be done. come September I was billed again. called the call center and I was told no cancellation was processed. I wrote a complain on your website and someone called me, I explained my situation to him and he promised 1st October I would be on [URL Removed] 1st October I received the airtime and bundles that I usually get with my contract. I called the call center again and I was promised someone would call me back. yesterday I received my statement I have been billed for October as well. this is really frustrating.
